At Merkaditz, we are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Refund Policy
We only refund in case the products are unfit for consumption or defective.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If an order of several products contains only one defective product, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Refund Process
To return your product, you should email our customer team at hello@merkaditz.com. Our customer care team must approve all returns we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Policy
To return your product, you should email our customer team at hello@merkaditz.com. Our customer care team must approve all returns we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective and unfit for consumption. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. However, if an order consisting of several products contains only one defective product, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
We only accept returns as long as the products are intact, sealed, complete, and inside the original packaging. The packaging cannot be damaged, altered, or scratched. It is up to the client to ensure that the returned items arrive at our facilities within 30 days, counting from the day on which the order was delivered.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and drinks.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Opened bottles
- Perishable items (e.g., items with a best-before date)
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
- Some health and personal care items
We only accept the return of defective products that are not fit for consumption.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@merkaditz.com.
Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at hello@merkaditz.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
*Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
*If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
