Susana Esteban Tira o Véu 2022 White 75 Cl - Alentejo DOC

Tira o Véu 2022 is a truly unique white Alentejo DOC wine by Susana Esteban, made from an exceptional 85-year-old vineyard at 700m altitude in Serra de São Mamede. A mix of traditional grape varieties, fermented in clay amphorae, with 30% skin contact.

In spring, the wine developed a natural veil of flor yeast, a rare phenomenon in Portugal, typically found in the wines of Jerez. It remained under flor until July.
