Herdade do Sobroso Reserva 2023 White is a wine from Portugal's Alentejo region, crafted by Herdade do Sobroso. This wine exemplifies the rich winemaking heritage of the area, offering a harmonious blend of traditional grape varieties. The grapes were hand-picked and transported to our winery, where the transformation process began with total destemming and smooth crushing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel under controlled temperature for 25 days. Partially aged in oak cask and 3-month “sur lies”.
