This blend comprises 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot, sourced from the estate's vineyards, which feature well-drained limestone soils and benefit from a mild climate with strong Atlantic influences. The grapes undergo fermentation at controlled temperatures and a week-long post-fermentative skin maceration. The final blend is aged 18 months in new French oak barrels, enhancing its complexity and aging potential.
