Quinta do Paral Vinhas Velhas 2019 White is an elegant white wine from Portugal's Alentejo region, meticulously crafted by Quinta do Paral. This blend consists of 70% Antão Vaz and 30% Perrum grapes, sourced from over 50-year-old vines in Vidigueira. After manual selection, the grapes were destemmed and pressed. The must underwent static decantation and fermented at controlled temperatures (12-16ºC) in French oak barrels, where it aged sur lie with bâtonnage for nine months.
