This wine is crafted from a blend of Encruzado (50%), Bical (30%), and Cerceal Branco (20%) grape varieties. The vinification process includes total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification, and alcoholic fermentation at 18°C. Half of the wine ferments and matures for six months in French oak barrels, enhancing its complexity.
