Quinta da Bacalhôa 2023 White is an elegant white wine from Portugal's Península de Setúbal region, meticulously crafted by Bacalhôa Vinhos de Portugal. This blend comprises 50% Sémillon, 25% Alvarinho, and 25% Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from vineyards at Quinta da Bacalhôa. Each variety is vinified separately to respect its unique ripeness, with 10% of the Sémillon must aged in new French oak barrels for six months with bâtonnage, enhancing the wine's complexity.
