Quinta do Paral Reserva 2020 Red is a distinguished red wine from Portugal's Alentejo region, meticulously crafted by Quinta do Paral. This blend comprises 40% Alicante Bouschet, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Malbec, and 10% Marselan, sourced from 30 hectares of vineyards in Vidigueira. After manual selection, the destemmed grapes underwent fermentation in lagares with mechanical treading at controlled temperatures between 24-28ºC for 12 days. The wine was then aged for 24 months in oak barrels—70% French and 30% American—imparting complexity and depth.
