Other Important Shipping Info

  • Age Verification: By law, all recipients must be at least 21 years old (US) or of legal drinking age in their country. An adult signature is required upon delivery.
  • Temperature Control: We take measures to protect your wine during transit, but extreme weather may delay shipments to ensure quality.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
  • Damaged or Lost Shipments: Please inspect your package upon arrival. Contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues.
  • Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you receive a defective product, please get in touch with our customer service.
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by their country.
  • The products will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • After the orders are dispatched, if the customer does not receive the shipment confirmation for any reason, they must contact Merkaditz using the email address provided below to receive all available information about the shipment.
  • All products sent by Merkaditz must be checked upon delivery. If the customer finds that the order is damaged, it must be immediately returned to the carrier, with a proper justification for the return noted on the carrier's delivery slip, and Merkaditz must be notified immediately.
  • Merkaditz is not responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective laws do not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle any potential seizure of the order, as well as to pay any customs duties, if applicable. In the event of product returns, Merkaditz will only refund the amount corresponding to those products. If in doubt, the customer may contact Merkaditz before placing an order."
