Crafted from a blend of indigenous grape varieties, it ferments and ages in foudres, resulting in an elegant and complex profile. Delicate aromas of grapefruit, nectarine, and lemon zest combine with a creamy texture, marked salinity, and vibrant acidity. Limited production of 1527 bottles.
