Quinta do Paral Reserva 2021 White is an elegant white wine from Portugal's Alentejo region, meticulously crafted by Quinta do Paral. This blend consists of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, sourced from 30 hectares of vineyards in Vidigueira. After manual selection, the grapes were destemmed and pressed. The must underwent static decantation and fermented at controlled temperatures (12-16ºC) in French oak barrels, where it aged sur lie for six months, enhancing its complexity and depth.
